My paintings have focused on nature, the destruction of nature and its inter-relationship with humans and society. I have explored and presented forms extracted from nature. I have expressed my feelings as a new way of connecting objects and subjectivity, an interesting relationship that can be visualized in the form of art. My work is characterized by a unique imagination: Green , plants , Immobile forms like chilies’ are the recurrent images in my paintings. My works depict a green environment and creates music and movement within green leaves. One can see the Beauty of Space , and chilies through my rhythmic line sand balanced combination of colors. I am fond of depicting immobile objects that exist in our surroundings. My feelings towards these objects have directly or indirectly motivated me and influenced my creative enthusiasm and thus they have currently become a perfect subject matter in my paintings, in this series of paintings, I have thought to convey my emotions and memories through the vivid forms and colors of chilies. The concept is deeply rooted in my childhood memories of the old architecture in Nepal, where chilies held a unique place in the daily lives of villagers. Growing up, I was captivated by the sight of chilies drying on the walls of old brick houses, accompanied by intricate wooden doors and posters of religious deities. These elements, combined with the installations of dried chilies, became a powerful source of inspiration for me. The value that chilies hold in Nepalese culture is profound. They are not merely a spice but are believed to possess protective qualities, warding off negative energies and bringing good luck to the household. Through my art, I have portrayed my personal connection to this tradition, weaving together the story of chilies with the architectural beauty of old Nepalese houses. This series is a reflection of my childhood, capturing the essence of why chilies are cherished and respected in Nepalese culture paintings.
